The Ordering Process



For a professional service to satisfy your shutter needs, please contact us today to book a no obligation and impartial consultation where we can assess your requirements, advise and show samples.

At this stage we will take approximate measurements to be able to provide you with a rough cost estimate based on the range and styles which interest you.

If and when you are happy to proceed, we will arrange a full, professional survey at a convenient time for you so that exact measurements can be taken. We can then answer any further questions you may have and make some final suggestions on choices if necessary. A 50% deposit of the total cost will be required to officially place your order.

The lead-time for your bespoke shutters to be delivered* is approximately 8 to 10 weeks as standard. We keep you updated over the course of this period and nearer to the time we will call to arrange a convenient installation date.

The size of your order will determine the time taken to fully install and we will discuss this on each individual order.

*We take delivery of the shutters so you don’t have to worry about storage.
